At Pro-Coaching, The South West’s largest Sports Coaching Company we are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team.  Whether you are looking to do the occasional after school club, a couple of evenings a week around your other commitments or are looking for a career in sports coaching then we would like to hear from you.

School Sports Coaches (Somerset, Mid Devon) 

Up to £15 per hour

It is desirable that the successful candidate has a:

Range of NGB Level 1 or higher qualifications in a variety of sports

Current First Aid qualification (must be completed prior to commencement of post). 

current Safeguarding and Protecting Children qualification (must be completed prior to commencement of post)

Sound knowledge, experience, and comprehension of the primary national curriculum


Lifeguards (Taunton) – Up to £10 per hour

As a Lifeguard you will maintain our high quality standards while working with users to ensure their needs are met whilst using the facility.  This includes providing a high level of customer service whilst completing any of your duties such as lifeguarding, greeting customers, setting up equipment, general administration and any cleaning requirements.

NPLQ Lifeguard Qualification

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or irregular hours.

Good communication skills

Swimming & Assistant Swimming Teachers (Taunton) 

£10 - £15 per hour


Due to the popularity of our ‘Learn To Swim’ and Schools Swimming programme, an opportunity has arisen for a Swimming Teacher teaching a variety of different age groups and abilities in Taunton.  We are looking for individuals who can work as part of a team, are confident with dealing with customers on a day to day basis, as well as someone who will go the extra mile and work on their own initiative. 


The role of Swimming Teacher consists of planning and teaching a range of abilities and ages, keeping good records of pupil attendance and their progress and having a wide range of communication skills. 


If you are passionate about teaching swimming, willing to teach a multi stroke and skills approach and are willing to work as part of a team of swimming teachers, then we would love to hear from you. 


The role is for up to 5 hours per week and additional hours will be made available to the successful candidate(s) 


Experience / Qualifications Required 

Level 1 or 2 Swimming Teacher (or equivalent)

Flexible and willing to go the extra mile
