Pick up before 4pm or after 5pm will also be from the Music Department - please try to be prompt.

Pro-Coaching's rugby courses for 5-14 year olds focus on improving technical ability and promoting
the fun elements of the game. During the sessions players will concentrate on individual
and unit skills including running and handling, as well as game related skills such as line outs, rucks and mauls.
Courses are led by former Barbarian, Plymouth Albion Captain and current Taunton RFC Head Coach, Danny Thomas.
For the older age group the emphasis is on improving technical ability while the younger age groups focus on
promoting the fun elements of the game through Tag Rugby.
Children may arrive between 0830 and 0945 and should be collected no later than 1730.
Core coaching times are 1000-1600 and team activities and games will take place before and after. A free optional swim
in the indoor pool will be available all year round between 1600 and 1700.
The price shown is inclusive of lunch and refreshments.
You will need:
- Boots
- Gum shields are optional, but advisable
- Wet weather gear and trainers
- Sun cream and cap or hat
- Swimwear (Optional - a free, supervised swim is available in the indoor heated pool)
