Autumn Term Cricket Coaching (Parkfield Primary School) Places Available Date: 17th September-10th December 2008 (12 Weeks) Time: 1530-1640 Venue: Parkfield Primary School Age Range: Years 5 & 6 Price: £33 Booking: By Course Only IMPORTANT: This course is only open to pupils who attend this school This exciting, 12 week Somerset County Cricket Club coaching programme for Years 5 & 6 will work on developing core cricket skills and will finish, each week, with an exciting game. Certificates will be awarded for the 'Star of the Week' and everyone completing the course will receive a medal. Our cricket courses focus on developing batting, bowling, wicket keeping and fielding skills. They concentrate on developing individual technique and team work whilst building a greater strategic understanding of the game. Autumn Term Tennis Coaching (Parkfield Primary School) Places Available Date: 15th September-24th November 2008 (10 Weeks) Time: 1530-1640 Venue: Parkfield Primary School Age Range: Years 1 & 2 Price: £28 Booking: By Course Only IMPORTANT: This course is only open to pupils who attend this school This exciting, 10 week tennis coaching programme for Years 1 & 2 will work on all strokes, whilst also playing sngles and doubles matches. Certificates will be awarded for the 'Star of the Week' and everyone completing the course will receive a medal. Our Tennis coaching courses are consistently amongst our most popular programmes, so book early to avoid disappointment! All strokes will be covered including backhand, forehand, volleying, serving, and lobbing, with additional work on doubles and singles tactics. The course finale takes the form of an ever popular competition.
